November 19, 2004. Vancouver International Airport.
Well I'm off. It feels so strange to be flying off to Asia after just spending all morning fixing up problems with the BioWare Store. Marc is taking care of the car so he dropped me off at the airport. Good thing too or I'd have been bored out of my mind.

Mindless doodlings on the way to Vancouver.

It's fascinating to be thirty. I noticed on my way to pick up Marc at the Uni that there's a whole lot of really cute girls at Uni these days. Where were they when I was at Uni? Sadly Marc put it in perspective. The older we get, the wider our tastes in women and what we call beauty. I likened it to shopping, sometimes you shop at Ikea, sometimes at the Bombay Company.
“And sometimes, sometimes I go to the flea market and just pickout something used,” says Marc. With a look of horror he then added, “Well at least it's better than dumpster diving!”
So now I sit in Vancouver Airport. I'm bored out of my mind. Silly thing travelling. One of my smart friends needs to invent Star Trekian transporter technology.
By the way, I really dislike chicken. Bought an “Asia Style Portebello Mushroom Soup” -- where in that title does it say “This has chicken”? Ah well, good to know, I dislike the taste of chicken. Pfeh.
24 hours of flying to go.
